Event Overview
This full-day course is designed to support both new and existing Laser Protection Supervisors working in healthcare environments. It provides a practical introduction to laser safety alongside focused guidance on the responsibilities, arrangements and controls required within clinical services.
The day combines concise presentations with practical workshops covering risk assessment, contingency arrangements, laser protective eyewear and the investigation of laser incidents and accidents.

LPS duties, laser safety management, selection and management of protective eyewear, incidents and accidents, and effective laser safety inspections.
Practical Workshops
